Honoring god through
Worship
“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
- Romans 12:1-2
We are a community of people who embody the totality of worship as described in God’s Word. Worship, according to God’s Word, is meant to encompass the entirety of the lives of followers of Christ. Often worship is associated with celebrating God through singing. While singing is a part of worship, it is meant to be the overflow of a lifestyle that is equally taking place in our home, in our work, in how we eat and in every other area of our lives.
“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
- 1 Corinthians 10:31
